Story:
Harper joined the Force in 1972 and retired in 2010. He married Rose Ann (Pshyshlak), they have two children, Carla Dawn and Kristopher Kevin and one grand daughter Marynia Richer. Harper thoroughly enjoyed his service in the Force having had the opportunity to work with individuals who were instrumental in serving their Country and making a difference.
He retired at the rank of Deputy Commissioner then worked for the Saskatchewan Dept of Justice prior to retiring in 2019 and getting involved in the community as a Deacon with Roman Catholic Church.
