Story:
After training at Depot, I worked in Montreal during Quebec’s sovereignty issues. My early service includes Halifax Detachment, the Halifax International airport Detachment, Kentville, NS Detachment and Halifax Highway patrol. Then followed a transfer to Ottawa for Forensic Identification training. Following my training, I was moved to Dauphin, Thompson, Winnipeg, Halifax and back to Ottawa. The rest of my service was spent in Ottawa. I had several duties in Headquarters, and particularly enjoyed my time in the Forensic Identification Research Section. I ended my service as an instructor at the Canadian Police College in the Forensic Identification unit.
I served for thirty- two years, and held the ranks of Corporal and Sargeant.
