E Division NCO’s Mess (EHQ)

The E Division NCOs’ Mess (EHQ) operates out of E Division Headquarters located in Surrey, British Columbia. The Mess benefits its members through assistance with fundraising, access to educational bursaries, charitable donations, and participation in events promoting esprit de corps.

In March 2000, the Mess established the Legacy 125 Fund through sales of Arnold Friberg artwork. The fund continues to provide assistance to members of the RCMP, both civilian and regular member (as well as their direct family members), who have suffered hardship as a result of some special medical concern or disastrous event.

Regular Membership in the Mess is automatic for Regular Members of the Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) rank who are assigned to posts within the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia. Civilian Members (CMs) and Public Service Employees (PSEs) with rank equivalency to that of Regular Member NCOs may voluntarily join the Mess.
