Born in Halifax UK 1942, immigrated to Canada when 7 years old to Vancouver BC then Trail BC, Schooled and worked in Trail till 19 years old. Worked
at Consolidated Mining and Smelting in Trail then Yellowknife NWT.
-Joined the RCMP in Yellowknife 1963 and went to training in N Division Ottawa.
