Summary:
The RCMP provided me with an opportunity to enjoy a career where I could work with and protect the public. This experience promoted my personal development and provided me the training necessary to enjoy three additional careers after my retirement. The RCMP was responsible for helping me define who I am, then, now and in the future. In addition to the law enforcement training I received, I was able to advance my personal education in the fields of business and accounting by attending post secondary school.
Today I enjoy my retirement with colleagues of the RCMP, RCMP Veterans’ Association, and a variety of other law enforcement personnel from around the world.
I enjoyed my service and would not change any aspects of it.
